Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the RecyNetwork platform, operated by SHPV France SAS.

Definitions:

• Platform : recynetwork.com and associated backoffice
• User : any registered professional
• Advertiser : user who has subscribed to a service
• Network : set of thematic sites operated by RecyNetwork
• Content : any element submitted by the advertiser

The platform is reserved for professionals (B2B).

• Free registration via form or Google OAuth
• The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Email validation required
• RecyNetwork reserves the right to refuse registration without cause

• User is responsible for confidentiality of their credentials
• Any activity from their account is presumed to be their own
• Immediate notification in case of unauthorized use
• One account = one organization
• Account sharing prohibited

The advertiser commits to:

• Submit lawful content complying with French law
• Respect ARPP rules (mention 'Sponsored content')
• Own all rights to submitted content
• Not infringe third-party rights (trademark, copyright, privacy)
• Comply with RecyNetwork's editorial policy

All submitted content is examined before publication.

• Processing time: 3 to 5 business days
• Evaluation criteria: legal compliance, editorial quality, thematic relevance, ARPP compliance
• RecyNetwork may request modifications or refuse content
• Refusal is notified by email with reason

The RecyNetwork platform (code, design, brand, editorial content) is the exclusive property of SHPV France SAS. Any reproduction is prohibited.

• Advertiser retains ownership of their content
• Advertiser grants a non-exclusive distribution license to RecyNetwork for the contract duration
• RecyNetwork grants a limited platform use license for the registration duration

Processing complies with GDPR (EU 2016/679).

• Purposes: account management, service delivery, service communication, platform improvement
• Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR)

RecyNetwork provides the platform as is.

• Availability objective: 99.5% excluding scheduled maintenance
• Maintenance: 48h notice unless urgent
• RecyNetwork is not responsible for temporary interruptions, internet performance, advertising campaign results
• Total liability limited to amount paid by advertiser in the last 12 months

User can close their account at any time from their space.

RecyNetwork can suspend or close an account in case of:

• Terms of Use violation
• Illegal content
• Fraud
• Non-payment

• Effects: stop ongoing campaigns, retain billing data (legal obligation)
• Personal data deletion: one month after request (except legal retention obligations)

RecyNetwork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use.

• Email notification 15 days before effective date
• Continued platform use after effective date constitutes acceptance
• In case of disagreement, user can close their account before effective date
